New Sardar is one of the names by which this land is called. There are many different names it is called depending on one's individual view of where they actually are, including The Cities of Dust. With no information on exactly where this land is or what its history perhaps is, many different theories have been proposed at the year round Sardar Fair.

- It is not unreasonable to assume that someone of the low caste may believe that they have been transported on death to the city of dust. In fact, the land itself perhaps even lends itself to the description with its abandoned ruins.
