The rough and ready reavers of the northern long ships break open casks of mead and welcome refugee's with hearty slaps and tall tales of great adventure. They brag of their long hall and seek physicians, bond maids, hunters, ship builders, blacksmiths and fertile free women in addition to warriors and slavers. Torvaldsaer in the far north west corner of Vargor is home to those who hail from Torvaldsland. The building style is strictly viking. The region is ruled by a High Jarl when one is chosen.
