== Fiction ==
The settlement of Pravangr recently has been sacked by a band of pirates. They have enslaved the survivors and taken over as the ruling military class. Their goal is to form a new settlement that will pull in money and give them a life of luxury that they didn’t have before. When the fire and smoke clears after a raid they instantly start to rebuild and begin recruiting warriors and mercenaries to join their ranks. Overnight, the place turns into a bastion for the pirates to begin building their paradise. With winter looming, the new inhabitants rush to build and store all the resources they will need to get them through any future rough times.
